Board of DirectorsThe Italian Club of Dallas is governed by an elected board of directors. Board seat elections take place in November each year with a number of seats being available for election to a 3 year term. The Board is comprised of 9 members in good standing. Officers are elected by the board through a nomination process. Officer positions include President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary. Various committees exist both permanently and ad hoc to assist the board in the execution of club activities and duties for the membership. See Committees.
The Board meets the first Tuesday of the month at the ICD Clubhouse. All members are welcome to attend but must be on the agenda to present a request.
